So much for that ankle injury that Lake Forest sophomore forward Evan Boudreaux suffered three weeks ago.

Boudreaux scored 31 points to lift Lake Forest’s boys basketball team to an 86-59 win over host Grant in a North Suburban Conference crossover Saturday night. Boudreaux scored 22 points against Lake Zurich on Friday.

Sam Downey added 12 for Lake Forest (12-3).

Grant (8-11) got 11 points from Tom Blanchette and 9 apiece from Rayvon Jones, who missed the Bulldogs’ last eight games, Steve Dunning and Mike Burns.

Lake Zurich 60, Antioch 27: The visiting Bears outrebounded the Sequoits 44-21 and forced 24 turnovers in the North Suburban crossover.

Lake Zurich (9-11) led 33-10 at half, as seniors Ryan Roach and Jon Repplinger had 8 points each. Mike Travlos finished with 14 points and 4 steals, while Shahzaad Khan had a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Bears.

Lake Zurich has won four of its last five games.
