The Knights (21-2, 9-0 Suburban Christian Gold) clinched their first conference title since 1967 behind a balanced effort and a 33-13 halftime lead. John Cheng led the way with 14 points while Dan Ribando and Demetrius Carr each scored 10 points.

Montini 52, Walther Lutheran 49:

The Broncos (13-7, 6-3) held on for the Suburban Christian Gold victory. Tyshawn Johnson poured in 21 points and Richard Bodee pitched in 14 points.

Leyden 74, Willowbrook 60:

The Warriors (4-18, 1-8) fell in the West Suburban Gold despite 21 points from Ryan Rader and 17 from Tiger Greene.
