Burlington Central (0-4) at Richmond-Burton (4-0)

When: 7 p.m. at R-B Athletic Complex

Last year: Richmond-Burton 48, Burlington Central 14

Last week: Stillman Valley 40, Burlington Central 14; Richmond-Burton 35, Byron 7

Outlook: Central has won 6 of the last 10 meetings in this series, though R-B has won the last two. The Rockets are led offensively by senior running backs Tre Llanes (52 carries, 326 yards, 4 TD) and Brandon Westergaard (43-252-1). Sophomore quarterback Ryan Ritchie has completed 23-of-52 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown. He has been intercepted just twice. The schedule gets no easier for Central. After facing the No. 4 Stillman Valley last week, the Rockets face unbeaten Richmond-Burton, the No. 7 team in Class 4A. R-B's prolific running attack is led by Jake Dechow, Brandon Kinsella and Ryne Pearson. The trio has combined for over 1,110 yards and 14 touchdowns. Quarterback Adam Pittser has offers from multiple Mid-American Conference schools but has only attempted 29 passes, two of which went for touchdowns.
